Job Openings at Endometriosis Association International Headquarters

The Endometriosis Association currently has two fulltime positions open at international headquarters in Milwaukee, WI:

Operations Manager

Manage the operations of the first international organization devoted to endometriosis.

Responsibilities:
Manage HR, IT, budget/finance and facilities (outside accounting professionals and IT volunteers assist, but this position coordinates).

Qualifications:
Ability to do financial analysis and projections a must. Team spirit, resourcefulness, flexibility, and dedication desired.

Administrative Assistant

Serve as the "right-hand" for our Executive Director/President, Mary Lou Ballweg, who founded the Endometriosis Association in 1980.

Responsibilities:
Handle executive and confidential correspondence; compose and process communications requiring diplomacy with donors, board members, physicians, scientists, and individuals struggling with health problems. Assist in preparation of medical and scientific manuscripts, the Association's fourth book (getting underway now), newsletters, and other publications. Help coordinate interns and volunteers.

Qualifications:
Computer skills, including desktop publishing, good sense of organization, team spirit needed.
